Return Policy

At Crumbs., we strive to fully satisfy you with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item within 100 days of receipt under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be registered in advance by sending an email to shotwithcrumbs@gmail.com with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product in case of damage
    • Customer name and address
  • After approval, you will receive instructions on where to send the package.

Please note: returns should not be sent to the shipping address without prior instructions from Crumbs.

Costs and Processing:

  • The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. You will receive a confirmation once the return has been processed and approved.

Exceptions: Items that are not eligible for return include custom-made products, worn products, and personal care products. Please contact us if you have any doubts about the returnability of a specific item.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you are happy with your order is to place a new order for the desired item after your return has been processed.

Refunds: Once the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may need some time to process the refund.

Return Instructions: Products should be returned to our warehouse in China.
